i need prayer about a situation that happened between me and a guy i met at church. apparantly i had been reading all his signs and signals wrong, and not understanding what he had been telling me... i thought maybe he was the guy for me and so i ended up believing a lie. now because of my persuing him, and his ignoring me, there is strife at the church. he wont speak to me directly but wants a large group meeting with people that i do not want to get or be involved. they want to do this thrusday. i sent an email to the lead pastor today and explain briefly that i do not want to go through that (i dont think he knew about it anyway)and so i am waiting to hear back from him, about what to do. I need the Lord to really take over here... i feel the need to defend myself, i feel judged, and i feel like the people involved just want to condemn me. and yet the guy that the issue is about has not dealt with me in a way that makes me understand. basically he says one thing and acts another. i know he is not perfect, no one is (inc;. me) but prayer about all of this would be so helpful right now... thank you so much.

Ouch! What sour grapes!
Father God,
Thank You for comforting us in the midst of things that unexpectedly turn huge before us- without us sensing any reason for them to. That- when we know the reason they do, that it doesn't help much.
I pray for LionofZion56 as she may soon go through an undesired public hearing about her own misinterpretation and possible manipulation by someone that just isn't ready to be liked by her. I pray that the senior pastor of these two help put this situation into perspective, call off this guy's plans for a public forum about the church and social life, and that the three of them come to some sort of resolution to things in prayer and in the love of Christ.

Aw, I am sorry you are going through this. I am in total agreement with the above prayer.
I pray that this meeting can be called off. Why do all these people need or want to get involved,
it is your personal business and this man owes you an apology (I feel he does). They have no
right to judge you for anything, you didn't do anything wrong. Things just happen, but I pray for
a hedge of protection over you and I pray that the Lord will handle this situation quickly..
