I for one wouldn't mind the He-Man toys. I loved He-Man...

3 is the little wizard dude from He-Man I think. I remember the cartoon, but I can't remember its name.
HERE is a link I found about the little dude.

His name was Orko.

It's definitely Charlene.

I'm going to compile the ones I know with the ones that people have already posted that were correct:

1. Montgomery Moose (The Get Along Gang)
2.
3. Orko (He-Man)
4. Ram Man (He-Man)
5.
6.
7. Phil & Lil (Rugrats)
8. Birdie (McDonald's character)
9. Ursala (Little Mermaid)
10. Hugo the gargoyle (Hunchback of Notre Dame)
11. Junior Gorg (Fraggle Rock)
12. Beast Man (He-Man)
13. Sorceress (He-Man)
14. Mer-Man (He-Man)
15. Evil-Lyn (He-Man)
16. King Randor (He-Man)
17. Baby Sinclair (Dinosaurs)
18. Charlene Sinclair (Dinosaurs)
19. He-Man (He-Man)
20. Red (Fraggle Rock)
21. Mokey (Fraggle Rock)
22. He-Man (He-Man)
23. Skeletor (He-Man)
24. Man-at-Arms (He-Man)
25. Zodac (He-Man)

#2 is very familiar to me, but I can't put my finger on it. It looks similar to BooBoo from yogi bear, but it's not him. I had to look up a lot of the He-Man characters, but I found a site that had pictures of all the different ones so I'm 100% sure of all the answers I put on this list :).

#5 is definitely Pa Gorg from Fraggle Rock.

That's all I have.

Ariel is the mermaid's name from The Little Mermaid.

And yes, she got married. She probably has feet in the wedding dress toy.

I just went and looked . . . her gown covers up her feet.

Also, I think (?) that there's an Ariel character wearing a blue dress with blue shoes and a blue bow in her hair . . . does that sound right?

Y'all are wonderful; I really appreciate y'all's answers.

I've downloaded some more pictures for identification, please (photos 26-73).

A few notes:

#27 - WHAT is Snoopy carrying? Potatoes?

#39a and #39b and photos of the same toy

#44 - It has the word, "Meat" engraved around the "barrel"

#49 & #52 - They "kinda look" like Smurfs; but their bodies are pastel green

#57 - Is a Gorilla and a baby gorilla

#59 - He "kinda looks" like the Incredible Hulk, but his face is much more oblong that that of the I.H.

#69 - Deleted because it was just too blurry.

Speaking of blurry, how can I correct that on my digital camera as I'm shooting the pictures? The ones that are blurry are the much smaller figurines, and no matter how close or how far away the camera is (or how much I zoom in or out), they still come out blurry. What setting on the camera should I be using?

Oh, and some are blurry as viewed online; but through LCD on the camera, while I'm shooting the pictures, they don't appear blurry at all. (No, I'm not looking through the viewfinder because I find that when I do that, I don't actually see what's actually being shot . . . and sometimes I have chopped off tops bottoms, lefts and/or rights.

Thanks, y'all!

I may be able to remember the others later, but right now I can't.

That sounds more like Belle from Beauty and the Beast. I'd have to see her to know for sure though.
