Jesus answered, “If I want him to remain alive until I return, what is that to you? You must follow me.

Luke 2:11
Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.

This day we celebrate as the birth of our Lord and Saviour; may it be a blessed day for all and in the coming year may it bring a renewed purpose and dedication in your walk with Christ.

A Blessed Christmas and a prosperous New Year to all; in our Lord Christ Jesus.
Happy Birthday Jesus.

For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your forefathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect.

Salvation is not for sale - it’s free.

Titus 3:3-5
At one time we too were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds of passions and pleasures. We lived in malice and envy, being hated and hating one another. But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit,

It is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Counselor will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you.

Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. Hebrews 13:5-6

This tells me to keep my heart gentle, always trusting that the Lord will be there for me. Don't let something another person says hurt me, it is God's voice that I must always be listening to.

Many of those who believed now came and openly confessed their evil deeds.

It was not through law that Abraham and his offspring received the promise that he would be heir of the world, but through the righteousness that comes by faith.

We are not saved by making promises to God but by believing the promises of God.

Thank You Calea37

As I said in post #1 that what I use with a given Scripture may NOT be the best and I know not the only one but I am hoping that there is something that might "click" with one of the readers. If so; then I am happy that I am doing this. Thanks again

But the ministry Jesus has received is as superior to theirs as the covenant of which he is mediator is superior to the old one, and it is founded on better promises.

Mat 24:12-14
Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, but he who stands firm to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in YOU. (Psalm 56:3).

This verse gives me so much power whenever I have to do something new or embark on new projects. And let's be honest, Fear and stress are part of our life.
