Awesome
How awesome are You, Lord
That You could create me
That inside every person is a soul
That longs to know You
How awesome is it now
That You made the heavens
The big & the small,
The planets & the stars.
How phenomenal that You took the care
To install in me a person
To create me like no other,
To want to know me.
How cool is it that I can sit
Outside and look around
And see the things that You created
With Your own hands.
How wondrous the world around
That You made long before me,
And yet you planned out my whole life
At the same time.
How terrific that You love me so much
When I defy & betray You,
When I am most surely among
The most fragile of Your creations.
It IS phenomenal that You can care so much
About just one little person
I am no more than a speck
In the wonders of Your universe.
Thank You so much that You are here
That You haven't abandoned us here
Even though we cave into bad things
And disobey Your will.
You still stick around,
And help us through,
It is amazing how much
that means.

with your lips you created everything
you are everywhere at once
you know everything
time doesn't pertain to you
my mind can't comprehend
sometimes I forget this
I forget what it is to be in awe
of who you are
though I can't comprehend all that you are
all that is you....
that with a single word u could cause the end or a begining
all of this... I can't imagine...
that is you...
fear of you... fear of what you think
about what I do...
but at the same time that your love is boundless
