I have to choose another book. I started reading another last night, but I don't feel it's the right book for me for now. Oh well, I have choices.

Lexie, I look forward to hearing your thoughts on the story. I just finished a research project about the Rwandan genocide, however, this is one book, I didn't get to finish - I simply perused it. It looked like a wonderful story of hope.

Floydette,

I will definitely let you know what I thought. Have you read Left To Tell? That one was so amazing and inspiring.

I would be interested to hear what books you have read on the subject (if you don't mind you could pm me.) I've read a lot on Rwanda and have a deep interest in it.

I finished Brisingr yesterday. He covered some useless stuff at times in my opinion, but I still liked the book as a whole. I'm ready for the 4th and last installment whenever he gets it out.

I'm in the middle of Coyote Blue by Christopher Moore... very funny, like all of his books.

I just finished (in about four minutes) What Would Jesus Not Do also very funny. Just a bunch of pet peeves in the form of "Jesus would not...." (put the toilet paper on so it rolled from behind -- stuff like that).

I'm currently in the middle of the Left Behind series The Remnant. This book is pretty slow and it's taking me awhile to get through. I want to finish the series because I heard that Glorious Appearing was good and I want to read the books in order.

I'm also reading the Bible in it's entirely. Three chapters a day. I'm currently in the middle of the Book of Leviticus.

Good. Then I will have to read it soon! Is it better than Skin? Because I didn't like that one when I read it.

The Pursuit of Happyness. The film really, really does not tell of this man's life at all.
