i used to think the resume was not to big of a deal untill i gave it a chance and it eased up my job search before I was just doing the applications and when it said an resume was optional chose to ignore it...yet when i started doing the application and physically handing the resume I got a more welcoming experience from the people at HR...boy wish I knew it was that simple... ( www.youngpryze.blogspot.com) these are some tips from monster that helped me create my resume First Impression Does the resume look original and not based on a template? Is the resume inviting to read, with clear sections and ample white space? [Edited by moderator - copyright violation]
