I'm in college and I prefer older TV shows. I'm so sick of the sexuality in the shows now. Right now the only current shows I really watch are Psych and Monk, both on USA. I have all the seasons of Hogan's Heroes and all but one of McHale's Navy. I love watching the Andy Griffith Show and throw in a little Gunsmoke and Bonanza. O yeah, can't forget about the A-Team. What are some of your favorite older shows?

I watch Nick at Night all the time: Leave it to Beaver, I Love Lucy, Beverly Hillbillies, Cosby, whatever else they have on. Oh, sometimes The Addams Family comes on. You can watch most all of those online for free, too.

My goodness. Too many to name them all. Everyone mentioned so far. How about the Munsters? I also like Mary Tyler Moore, That Girl, The Family Affair, Family Ties, Mission Impossible, Hawaii FiveO, all sorts of early westerns. Like Maverick, Cheyenne, Bronco, Sugarfoot. I really like Forever Knight, Highlander, all the Star Trek series, etc. I never lack for anything to watch as I have an extensive DVD library.

You can find a lot of old shows on Hulu. I just finished watching the entirety of Babylon 5. hehe.

Hulu is pretty sweet. Right now I'm watching the A-Team on there.

I grew up in Detroit....my wife in a small town south of New Orleans....

Just this past summer, while we had "netflix" (we have our account 'active' only during the summer), my wife and I started watching "DALLAS" on DVD....since we were about 10 years old, when it first came out in 1978, it was definitely not a show we were interested in (much less allowed to watch)when it first came out.....we got through, i think 3 DVDs....about 10 or so episodes.....

very entertaining.

Why "Dallas"? Because that's where we live now, and have been for the past 12 years. We've even been to "Southfork Ranch" (at the request of my sister when she was visiting one time).....so, we figured we may as well "catch up" on the show that put our city "on the map".....

On Nov. 8th out at Southfork, they are going to have a HUGE "reunion"....with all of the cast (well, the ones that are still alive).....tickets are pricey, though.....fans from ALL OVER THE WORLD are coming to town for it.....

Taxi, All in the Family, Kung-Fu, Newhart, Bonanza...those are a few.

And of course, the king of them all...The Andy Griffith Show.

When I was a kid, Saturday night was reserved for first All In The Family, then MASH, The Mary Tyler Moore Show and The Bob Newhart Show, all capped off by The Carol Burnette Show. the best TV line-up EVER!
For the funniest show you'll ever see, find an old British BBC show called Fawlty Towers. It's from the late 70s/early 80s, with John Cleese. It doesn't look like much until you watch it, then your sides will split, it's so funny.
