Well my Name is Bethany, I am new to this site, and I am also a new mother, I just had a baby girl Ava Elizabeth about 1 week and 3 days ago, I love her very much! Me and my husband had together decided that we would start a family. Although when we did find out I was pregnant, I was overjoyed, but my Husband started to realize he was not ready for a family yet. After so many arguments, he decided that he was going to leave me when I was just 3 months along. I am finding it very difficult to raise my beautiful baby girl on my own, and I am finding that I am depressed a lot, I really need prayer and hopefully some advice.

Bethany, that's terrible of your husband. I have the same questions as Maggie.
Hey, we have a few chat threads over in Women Only....there's SAHM Support, Working Moms Support, Baby Chat, Breastfeeding Support and Bottle Feeding Support. You should come hang out with us over there too. Lotsa nice ladies to help support and encourage you.

Bethany, I am so sorry. But please don't give up hope. Pray that God will get ahold of your husband...he did with mine! My husband decided when our first son was 15 months old that he didn't want a family after all too. He came crawling home after a while away and we worked things out. He was saved a few months after we got home and is a totally different person than he was then. As long as there is breath, there is hope. Build your life with your daughter and take care of you and her. But don't give up. God has a plan, even in this, whether he comes home or even if he never does.
I hope you'll hang around these forums. There are a lot of very loving women here.

Thanks very much, no I don't go to a church at the moment, me and my hsuband moved here about a year ago, and I have been so busy preparing for the baby, and working that I have not had a chance to look, I am hoping to start looking on sunday.
