So who knows the answer to this question? Which team in the NFL has gone 0-6 eight times in their entire history? Give up? It is the Cincinnati Bengals. Here is the breakdown. 1978 (0-8) 1991 (0-8) 1993 (0-10) 1994 (0-8) 2002 (0-7) 2008 (0-7 and counting!!) If you notice, the carnage began in 1991. It was then that the current owner, Mike Brown, took over the reigns of the Bengal franchise. He is by far the worst owner, not just in the NFL, but in all of professional sports. I heard on TV that the next closest NFL team has gone 0-6 only 4 times in their history. To give you an idea of just how messed up the situation is, the city of Cincinnati built him a state of the art stadium, at the tax payers expense, that was millions of dollars over budget. Then, because of his abysmal performance as an owner they reviewed the contract with Mike Brown for the stadium and underlined the verbige, "We are providing this stadium to Mike Brown so he can field a competitive team...", and then sued him for breach of contract because he had not provided a competitive team to date. The next thing you know, Mike Brown hires Marvin Lewis as coach of the Bengals and gets Carson Palmer as QB and has his first winning season in over a decade. This was in 2005 but since that year he has reverted back to his former loosing self. The problem is, of course, is that the city of Cincinnati can no longer say he has NEVER been competitive because of the one year. Now Mike Brown can say he has had at least one winning season in over a decade and a half. BTW: If you think things may get better for the fans of Cincinnati, Mike Brown has vowed to hand over the team to his daughter when he steps down.

Clown suits? C'mon, you are too young to remember the orange 1976 Tampa Bay Buc outfits! quote:

So currently, the Bengals still have the ugliest uniforms in the NFL! Maybe it confuses the QB when he passes to the sidelines. Instead of a WR, he sees the guy holding the down marker or chains!
