That three year old Florida girl has been missing (presumed dead) for three months. But the thing I noticed is that. How come she didn't get the same saturation coverage Natalee Holloway got? I mean Natalee was on the news night after night for months. But yet this little girl who did nothing wrong got or is getting very little coverage...

Oh, but she has. It's died down though, since it was announced she is probably dead. I just can't wrap my head around that one. I don't understand how a mother could harm her own child. I pray and hope Casey will at least eventually have the decency to tell where the body is. Caylee deserves to be put to rest properly, so at least in death she can have justice and peace.

this case has received much national coverage, but not on the level the Natalee Holloway case did. The family of the toddler has not pushed for coverage as did the mother of Natalee. However, the Orlando media has continued daily coverage of the case. Casey, the child's mother, has been formally charged with murder. There has been so much evidence given to the media, I find it doubtful that this woman can receive a fair trial anywhere in the State of Florida.

It was headline until the economy started to implode. Then they were just waiting for the DNA evidence to come in. It did by the way. I saw it on Fox News that the mother has been arrested for 1st degree murder. The DNA of the hairs from what was proved to be a dead body was indeed Caylee. The little girl is dead and her mother probally stuck her in a swamp so the alligators would eat any evidence.

I have been hearing and seeing, ad nauseum, much coverage about this little toddler girl, presumed dead, and about her mother, Casey. I remember the Holloway case too, and I was just as disgusted with the focus with that case as with this more current toddler case. I believe news reporters can find more worthwhile topics to research, at length, than murders of young/attractive girls. Of course, real hard news is not interesting to most people, so they show this kind of stuff all the time to keep the ratings up. Personally, I turn the channel right away when I hear the same unsolved case being hashed over again and again. I wish everyone else would, too. Then I could get the news I want. j

Odd, I don't remember hearing anything definitely saying the hairs were from Caylee's body. (Unless that was the Florida press and won't work its way nationally until "silly season" is over.
