I'm frankly shocked that it takes so little effort to get exponentially healthier. Like the guy that got off his blood pressure medicine in just three weeks. I know he was working very VERY hard those three weeks, but still--he had been on that medication for more than a decade!
(I think I'm enjoying the cooking tips more than anything.)

I've been watching, this week was hard, I figured one of them would be the ones to go but really wanted the 'brown' team to stay under the line after the wife's comments.
Oh and I got off bp meds after a few weeks of just walking. Sometimes it is much easier than you would think

Yes, the brown team is our least favorite and the orange team isn't much better in my opinion.
And hey--did anyone ever hear why the orange team voted the gray team off? The husband made a really big deal about not voting against them, but then they did and if there was an explanation, I missed it.

I don't like the brown team either. It was good to see the father from the yellow team continue to lose weight and get healthier after being sent home.

Well...Gillian fuh-reaked out tonight. I guess I can't blame her if no one is doing what they're supposed to. And did I understand correctly? Another team could be split in half if they fall below the line?

I hadn't paid much attention to the red team, but they won me over by their visit home. What a loving family and sweet kids they have! I also love the mom's southern accent. So, now they are my favorite team.
Wow, Ed looked terrific in his after pictures. I hope Heba looses a lot too and they can start a family when this is over.

They talked to a local radio show about the home visit. The children had no idea they would see their parents. They were told they needed more interviews for the show and when they got there they brought the family out.
It's nice to have a 'home team' to root for!!!

Most of them do get the surgery, when you lose that amount of weight quickly it just hangs.

The Parnells are from Greer, SC about 10 miles away from me. Hopefully, they will make it to the end.

Heba is not clueless, she thinks only she is right about everything and how dare someone else try to do anything other than she wants. But I think you are right about Amy C. I wish Heba, Vicky & Brady were gone.
